Vintage Hand-Carved Wooden Siamese Cat Sleeping on Books
A wonderfully charming vintage decorative carving featuring a curled-up Siamese cat peacefully asleep atop a stack of books. Hand-carved from wood, the little feline is shaped with pointed ears, a tucked pose, and darker detailing across the face, ears, tail, and body that gives it plenty of character.
The stacked books beneath are individually carved and finished in warm, timeworn shades of red, ochre, green, and brown, creating the look of a miniature well-loved library. Sweet, sculptural, and a little whimsical, this handcrafted piece makes a particularly fun object for a bookshelf, desk, or collected tabletop display.
DIMENSIONS: 6”W x 5”D x 4”H
